GAMI cooling tunnels are used to obtain the perfect drying of products covered with glaze. The cooling process takes place due to the circulation of cold air in a closed circuit controlled by a thermostat. They are used in conjunction with tempering and glazing machines, forming a production line.

GAMI heating tunnels are used in order to achieve excellent drying of products covered with fondant. Heating is carried out by means of reverse recirculation of air, the jet of which is regulated and controlled by a thermostat and heaters with infrared radiation enclosed in ceramic insulating casings.
